I’m a designer who works on both sides of the door so I can help you improve your home, your landscape or both. By listening carefully to your needs and wants, analyzing opportunities and challenges, designing alternatives and estimating construction costs as the design is developing, not a late arrival price tag bomb when the design is all done, I can help guide your project to success.

House Calls are an opportunity to get to know each other, brainstorm ideas and discuss next steps. Sometimes clients just need a House Call to get going in the right direction. Other times a House Call is the first step in a multi-step process.

House Calls cost a flat fee of $250.00. I have a strong track record of successfully bringing divergent opinions and views together on the same page in my planning and design processes, so please include all decision makers at this important first 2-hour meeting.
